The hostage pictures are stupid in the first place and are just marketing

The hostages aren’t in Philly! So why put them up in Philly?

I’ve never understood the hostage flyers

You don’t have to understand it. But don’t tear them down.

No, they clearly are not meant to “help find this kid” since the kid isn’t in Philly

So I could care less if they are torn down or not. They clearly have ulterior motives - these aren’t milk carton advertisements

I’m all for putting up flyers if these abductees are here

For those all upset about the posters being taken down this (the above) PLUS there is a flash of anger among Palestinians that so many more of them have been killed since Israel’s founding since Israelis humanizing these kidnappings is a slap in the face PLUS the posters are often often illegally on telephone poles or outside on private buildings.

If seeing pictures of actual life hostages upsets you, your cause may have a problem.
Israelis humanizing those kidnappings? These are actual children taken away from their families.

Why is this anger always everyone else's problem?

The children aren’t here! Why are the posters advertising this here?

If your child is abducted, feel free to hang up local posters

Hanging up posters vs the protests that create discord and social unrest. I’ll take the posters.

We pay for both sides of this conflict. It concerns us.

“Illegally on telephone poles”.

SMH.

Guarantee you that not one of these people has ever removed a poster from a telephone pole in their life before now.

This is a hateful political action.

Gaza’s not here! When it is, feel free to protest on American streets!

Is that the logic here?

Not just Jews. Anyone with a conscience.

Muslims are the ones that would be doing this to Jewish people not Christians. My very conservative Christian friends are all very pro Israel and if anything they’re against Muslims because they don’t like how they were cheering when Hamas did the original attacks. So Christians outnumber Muslims in this country and then those are the people who are protesting and who would attack the Jewish people. Most non-Muslims support Israel.

Most non-Muslims do not.

One of the largest supporters of Jews and Israel is none other than Steve Bannon

I am liberal but I must say from what I’m hearing and reading and seeing on TV the Republicans are way more supportive of Jewish people and Israel then Democrats. Biden is doing a good job and trying to walk a fine line by not upsetting either side too much but the Republicans are speaking out so far if I were Jewish which I am not I would feel much safer with Republicans in power.
