Non-Jew here. I have believed that all my life. Not anymore, though. Not after seeing the protests and horrendous things said about Jews. It is frightening. Especially on college campuses. |

You just can't be sure of that. I'm the OP. The holocaust didn't just ruin Jewish lives. It ruined Christian European lives for 3 generations and they still aren't back to what they could have been. This is a serious threat to all of us, and it seems like no one but the Jewish community is taking it seriously. |

A friend had to deny her Jewish identity (when asked) during a taxi ride in NYC last week. The driver said he was glad she wasn't Jewish because if she was, he would kill her.
People have their heads in the sand if they think this kind of thing doesn't happen in the U.S. |
