That’s one of the reasons why Biden was convinced he couldn’t win - he was lagging behind the D Senate candidate in almost every swing state.

The Casey/Baldwin numbers are significantly different from Rasmussen's. I think I remember a time when they had a rightward slant, but not so much that it would look like this.
