Which milk do you use for yogurt? I have made it with Fairlife before.

You have to do the boil method - can't do that coldstart way (well maybe you can, but I've never tried that).

With boil method any milk works. (I use whole). You basically use the yogurt/boil function on the pot to bring milk up to 180, then cool it to 105, then add the starter and the rest is the same.

The delivery schedules and texting have been all over the place but it's because they've had to scale up so quickly to try to serve people. I think they are doing their best in a tough situation like everyone, and I find when there are issues they are very responsive.

If you email them, they will correct it. I've been with them for years, and I've only had this happen once or twice. Usually if they are out of something I ordered, I get an email the day of the delivery telling me that they were out and it was removed from my order (and then doesn't show on the invoice). So double-check your invoice to see if something was removed before complaining.

Yes, I usually have at least one o to of stock item, but on delivery day there are sometimes one or two other items missing which still appear on the invoice. I do email them to correct it and it goes to a “credit,” which doesn’t appear to show up on my next order automatically. So if I really want the amount credited, I have to email them to inform them of the mistake and get credit, and them email them again to have them actually apply the credit. I really wish they would just issue refunds. I’m not going to harass them over $4-6 dollars every single delivery, so I’ve given up.

I still like them and most of their products. I’m fine with things being delivered at odd times and them being out of stock of items. But the missing items and being overcharged is annoying and happens a lot.

Whole milk - will make into yogurt for the first time. Hope to use my slow cooker for it.

The $12 Coffee cake - I think I prefer a more pronounced sour cream/cinnamon coffee cake while my DH prefers the canola oil/brown sugar coffee cake so he loves the SMC one. The SMC one is almost 1:1 topping to cake!

Eggs - haven’t tried them yet

Lemonade - they were out of stock. Is it good?

Bread - it’s ok, I like that it doesn’t have a lot of weird preservatives and junk

Got my delivery last night...thanks for the recommendation of the coffee cake. That is something I probably would have never ordered, but my dh is one happy guy this morning.
Also got the cinnamon bread which is good, but i probably would have liked it more if I didn't have the coffee cake to compare it too.
I got the steaks this time, and they were a bit smaller than I expected. Hope they taste good!
