Lol. Yes all if those. That doesn’t seem like “no issues” to me. Particularly the being charged for items that weren’t delivered. I hope they get their scaling up issues sorted soon. [/quote]

If you email them, they will correct it.  I've been with them for years, and I've only had this happen once or twice.  Usually if they are out of something I ordered, I get an email the day of the delivery telling me that they were out and it was removed from my order (and then doesn't show on the invoice).  So double-check your invoice to see if something was removed before complaining.[/quote]

Yes, I usually have at least one o to of stock item, but on delivery day there are sometimes one or two other items missing which still appear on the invoice. I do email them to correct it and it goes to a “credit,” which doesn’t appear to show up on my next order automatically. So if I really want the amount credited, I have to email them to inform them of the mistake and get credit, and them email them again to have them actually apply the credit. I really wish they would just issue refunds. I’m not going to harass them over $4-6 dollars every single delivery, so I’ve given up. [/quote]
