Columbus was a POS who decimated native tribes and sold sex slaves as young as nine. We should stop venerating him.
He was so brutal that even members of his team were repelled by him.

Can we just honor the achievements of our forebears and not judge them with contemporary values? Apparently that's impossible for some activists.

Quite remarkable that people are so keen on removing statues of people who lived centuries ago......

Yet, there are statues of the Democratic Senator who was a member of the KKK in both W VA and Richmond, VA. And, numerous places, streets, buildings, and rooms names for him......

No effort to make any changes to these, it seems.
