I can't believe the furry slides. |
| The furry slides are cute but people were wearing these at Art Basel? I'm so confused. I rarely see Miami girls in flats or shoes so casual. |
The poster said the girls wore them "between events" so during their downtime. Adorable way to rest your feet from heels! |
| I just ordered 4 pairs of the rabbit fur slides for my kids' cousins grab bag. If nothing else, they'll be a hit/hoot on Christmas. Thanks pp! |
| They wear the over-the-knee boots in Miami. Just saying. |
Over $500 |
She's a Miami girl. Not only does she own them, she also knows they're no longer in style. |
| What about a subscription to Good Being or Birch Box or similar? |
Yes to this!!!! |
No. Bad idea. |
I don't think so. |

Of all these suggestions, I think the Alexander Wang bags are the most on the mark.
I would not do clothes, because if she is fashion-forward she's probably also picky. I feel the same way about jewelry, but that's just me. Bags somehow feel like you can be creative with trying something out that's not exactly your style and still get use out of. I can think of alternatives to the Alexander Wang bags, but they would all be more expensive. I don't think a fashion forward college student is going to be excited by Kate Spade or Rebecca Minkoff. She probably already has them if they suit her style. |
Rebecca minkoff is for 20 somethings who live in Texas. Not forward fashion women. they aren't even expensive handbags. They are a step above coach |
For starters, the phrase is "fashion forward." Next, DC isn't exactly the most "fashion forward" capital of the world so advice here ought to be taken with a grain of salt. Lastly, if you have good personal style and aren't just a brand snob and trend follower, you'd know that a handbag doesn't need to be expensive to be cool Bye now. |
