In my state, whatever you own already when you get married is separate property, not divisible in a divorce. I have no idea how universal this is or not. I'm the poster of the first comment here. From what I've read, they're in CA which is 50/50 and he made $15 million dollars in one of the years that they were married. So, no, she's not getting $200 million but 7.5 million's not bad!

I bet she's a bit of a psycho. She was probably fun at first - lively, and a real boost to his ego - much more than his long-time S/O and mother of his kids Vanessa Paradise. But now he's regretting he strayed.

She filed a temporary restraining order this afternoon & interestingly she had a bruise on her eye area that she claims came from Johnny Saturday night when they got in a fight and he threw the iPhone at her face in a deep + drunken rage. Before it broke, she was actually talking to a friend on it + yelled for the friend to "Call the police....!!" before Johnny broke it on her face.

So the cops arrived, by then Johnny had left the scene. The LAPD claims when they interviewed her, she had no signs of any physical abuse marks on her nor did she want to file a police report on him.
She never disclosed that Johnny struck her....She simply told authorities that they had an argument that evening.

The Sunday after (the day after) a pic was posted of her smiling w/two other women, yet one of her eyes is covered up w/hair. Yes that same one that is now bruised.

A source is claiming that Johnny has physically abused Amber off + on during the marriage. That he had hurt her much worse before.

Amber was granted a temporary order of protection until June where she will request a permanent one.

Amber need not worry much.
Depp is currently out of the country promoting his new film.

Stay tuned.....

I wonder if & when Johnny will issue his own statement to these allegations that may shake up his career.
They probably won't however.
Look at Chris Brown who's fame basically grew.

Awesome. As if victims of intimate partner violence don't have enough to deal with, people like you just flat out refuse to believe them.

FWIW, the police were at her house and encouraged her to file a report.
