Not necessarily. They have no kids and she has her own "career". I think she's made more films since meeting him and that will be taken into account.

In my state, whatever you own already when you get married is separate property, not divisible in a divorce. I have no idea how universal this is or not. Would seem really unfair for him to accumulate $400 million in wealth over his whole life and lose 1/2 of it for ending a 1.5 year marriage. Can't imagine that flies many places.

I'm the poster of the first comment here. From what I've read, they're in CA which is 50/50 and he made $15 million dollars in one of the years that they were married. So, no, she's not getting $200 million but 7.5 million's not bad!
