And yet Depp hasn't sued her for defamation yet. If I was a rich celebrity with bajillions of dollars at my disposal and my $$$$ coming from a lot of family films I'd be pretty concerned about clearing my name.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have reached a divorce settlement outside of court, just one day before their scheduled restraining order hearing.

According to TMZ, Heard filed court papers to dismiss her domestic violence case against the actor, and the two reached a settlement in which Depp will pay the actress $7 million.

The former couple released a statement confirming the settlement.
