I beam 52. Generally good health, but my dad died of heart disease when he was 80, and my mom has dementia at 88.
Multivitamin Biotin (not buying another bottle once this one is done, I’m not noticing any improvement in my nails) Turmeric / Berberine / Ceylon cinnamon (digestive health) Nattokinase (Cardiac health - not sure if it actually does anything) Calcium D3/K2 - last blood test indicated I was low on D, but it was in the middle of winter. Probiotic - not buying it after this bottle runs out. I think I get enough natural probiotics with my diet. I’ve thought about COQ 10, I’ve read there really isn’t definitive studies on its benefit. “But because there are only a handful of very small studies on CoQ10 for the prevention or treatment of heart disease, it’s difficult to draw meaningful conclusions, said Ann Marie Navar, preventive cardiologist at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.” |
I've been looking into this and can't find Vitamin K anywhere, and it's not included in my multi. My doctor never mentioned this to me when telling me to up my calcium and Vitamin D. |
What is the brand of D3/K2 you take? |
Lady, I just told you I had anxiety and now you’re telling me I’m supposed to be smelling my poop daily to check for cancer. You’re a gem |

I'm 50 years old and take:
Vitamin D- because it's very hard to get naturally from the sun ( even in the summer, since I'm working in the office the whole day). Important= take this vitamin with the biggest meal of the day ( or some sort of the fat/oil); most of the people don't have enough of this vitamin. Magnesium ( glycinate/or citrate) at night- for sleep, calming down; most of the people are deficient in it. Fish oil- from fall to early spring time ( I get Carlson brand bottle) |
I take a D3+K2 supplement. |
| Not big on supplements but I like to add collagen to my coffee or smoothies a few times a week. I put a pinch of turmeric in water and drink it when I have a headache. Quercetin and zinc for allergies and head colds. D+K in the winter when I'm not getting sun. |
