What supplements are you taking and why?

I take vitamin D in the morning because I have a deficiency, and magnesium citrate in the evenings to help me relax and keep me regular.

I hear about things like NAD+ and coenzyme q and wonder if I should be adding them in.

Iron (i am anemic which we all thought would sort itself once my very heavy periods ended. it did not). Multivitamin (it doesnt include iron)
spironalactone (helps with hair on my face, the only menopause issue I have)

K2/D3 (D deficient)
Omega 369 (high cholesterol)
Lutein/ Zeaxanthin (eye health)

Nothing for beauty or aging

Vit C per my gastroenterologist for stomach health
Vit D because of off and on again deficiency

two Alloy pre/probiotics (just started last month)
1 giant fish oil

Why CoQ-10?

Magnesium - restless leg/leg cramps while sleeping
Multivitamin - just to cover the bases

Why CoQ-10?


Supposed to help with muscle pain, which can be a side effect.
