| Delaware! Such a cute town and great size. The students seem to love it there. My kid is having so much fun! |
| Second Delaware. Also Penn State, Pitt, UVM, CU Boulder, VA Tech. (Based on my B students experience) |
| Denver U, CU Boulder, Lehigh, and Tulane. |
maybe a couple of Bs but not a 3.0 student going to some of these colleges |
|
DC with great ECs, reccs and some APs with 3.59 from DC public was accepted at:
U Denver Bentley Loyola MD Loyola Chicago Hofstra Saint Louis Univ GMU Syracuse Xavier |
No. Penn State received 150,000 applications last year. They are not taking 3.0 students. |
| The Catholic SLACs such as USD, USF, Loyola, Marquette, Gonzaga etc are all good options. BC, GU and SCU out of reach. |
| Loyola Md |
| Perhaps your kid should consider a post graduate program at a boarding school for one year. People in the DMV seem to not realize these programs exist. However, a lot of them are an excellent chance to mature, live away from home, boost GPA and get good college counseling. |
Agree not 3.0 but yes 3.5, 3.6. |
