Share one school that fits this description in 2026:
Excellent reputation, strong programs, and accepts a good number of B students? |
| Can you be more specific? What is the unweighted GPA? There's a difference between, say, 2.9 or 3.0, on the one hand, and 3.4 on the other. |
| ^Also test scores |
| Lafayette/Lehigh/Bucknell |
For B students?? |
| What do you consider “excellent reputation”? |
| St. Joe's |
| OP-I think it also depends if it’s public vs private HS school. |
| Tulane ED, Northeastern ED, if private high schools. Chicago ED if feeder schools. |
Not if OP is talking about an actual 3.0. |
| "B student" is too vague. |
\ Sorry private school mom. A B student is a B student. |
What GPA does a "B student" have? 3.0 ? |
|
Depends on your HS.
At our private, it's Tulane, SMU - both if ED. |
|
3.0 GPA is looking at regional state universities.
3.5 maybe some of the privates in this thread, with ED. |
