Yes. Probably half of it.

Multiple injections drawn from the same vial? Is that safe/sanitary?

Yes, multi use vials are common in the medical field. Of course you have to use a different sterile/new needle each time.

Zepbound vials don't have a preservative in it. Multi-use vials of things like insulin and other drugs do have preservatives. That is the difference here. The compounding pharmacies are probably using preservatives and god knows what else in their versions. I have heard that Lilly is starting to offer multi-click pens for Zepbound now, similar to Saxenda, and that would make it easier to micro dose.

I’m 133 lbs, I’d like to drop 15 more lbs but have been stagnanted for 6 months. I couldn’t fudge my weight on WW because I already track my weight on their app.

You need a psychiatric drug, not a weight loss drug.

OP here. This is unfair. I realize my bmi is not in obese range, but I am still overweight for my height and build. Also, my bloodwork is pre-diabetic or borderline pre-diabetic at my annual checkups for the past 5 years. Even more importantly, to stay at my current weight (much less to lose weight, which is what I want to do), I think about food constantly - what can I eat for each meal, when can I have my next meal, what can I snack on that is “zero points” etc etc. It’s a mentally unhealthy place to be. Everyone on glps talks about how the “food noise” disappears, and I live with constant food noise.

You need to be talking to your doctor about this instead of strangers on the internet. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.

yes, OP, how tall are you? 133 is a normal weight.

I am the poster above who is microdosing due to pretty bad side effects the first few months. However, I have not had any hair loss.

No hair loss here. Coming on 10 months of doing this.

I've been on Wegovy for 3 years and 2 months, maintenence dose for most of that, but originally lost 50 pounds. No hair loss. No nausea. No constipation. The only thing that happened was I lost weight

How tall are you? Because I am 5'2" and 133 is a normal BMI for me. For you to be overweight at 135 means you must be shorter than me. Treat your insulin resistance issues - your doctor will likely suggest metformin first.

I’m OP and am 5’4”. You will have to trust me when I say that I have a lot of excess belly weight (and hips and rear), and I’m not “thin” anywhere these days. Until 8ish years ago, I was 115-118 lbs. This isn’t disordered thinking - we all have different frames and carry eeight differently. I want to get at least to 120 lbs, it’s better for my midsection and frame (and health). Also like I said, I have to constantly think about food to stay at 133ish lbs. I don’t want to argue this point, I want to understand how to get help to lose 15ish pounds that will not come off even with rigorous food tracking and obsessive food thinking.

OP - screw the posters arguing whether you need to lose or not. It is very simple. Use an online service (yes you have to lie when they ask your weight - get over it. 170 works 😂) to get a prescription for Lilly direct. Call on doc is good. Get yer zep for $300/month and try it out. I did that - lost several lbs that first month and have been microdosing since. Starting weight (June 2025) 135, current weight 122. I am 5-5. Miraculous how a micro dose takes the edge off. (Currently stretching one $300 vial over 4 months - have maintained that way for six months). All the losers arguing against ….hahahaha - turns out now everyone can be effortlessly slim.

As multiple people have told you, you need to talk to a medical professional.

It's pretty pathetic that you think you need to keep up with people who have lost weight using GLP-1. Can't handle being the chubby one now than your chubby friends have gone thin, huh?

Regardless of what you do, please do talk to your doctor so you get baseline and periodic blood tests. GLP can impact the absorption of meds (especially thyroid meds) and vitamins. I use an online pharmacy to microdose. My doctor is aware and orders bloodwork every 6 months.

I would also do a physical before you start to rule out other issues (hormone imbalance, thyroid, etc).

Anonymous wrote:I got Zepbound from Push+ in June, online provider. I lost 40 lbs, never went past the starter dose. Last month I moved down to taking the starter dose every other week. I believe what I am doing now is technically microdosing. I'm not pulling from the same vial multiple times, but I'm taking the smallest dose less frequently. so a box lasts me 2 months instead of 1, costing $150 a month for the name brand drug. Highly recommend.

What is Push+? When I google it, nothing is coming up. Are you in the US?
