[/quote] Zepbound vials don't have a preservative in it. Multi-use vials of things like insulin and other drugs do have preservatives. That is the difference here. The compounding pharmacies are probably using preservatives and god knows what else in their versions. I have heard that Lilly is starting to offer multi-click pens for Zepbound now, similar to Saxenda, and that would make it easier to micro dose.[/quote]
