Multiple injections drawn from the same vial? Is that safe/sanitary?

Yes, multi use vials are common in the medical field. Of course you have to use a different sterile/new needle each time.

I fudged my weight online so I was approved by an online distributor.
Think outside the box, OP.

which provider did you use? and did the provider suggest how to microdose (for example, whether to reduce the dose and still do it weekly, or whether to do a prescribed dose but do it biweekly, or whatever), or did you just play around with it on your own?

Yes, definitely safe and sanitary to do this. You clean the top of the vial with an alcohol wipe and use a new syringe every time. The vial has a rubber top that re-seals it after each needle poke.

OP--I take 20 units of compounded tirzepitide weekly. My hope is that once I hit my goal weight, I can scale it back to every other week or so. But I agree with PP that microdosing is a bit different for everyone depending on how they respond to the glp-1 and what their goal is!

Do you get this prescribed through your general doctor or have to go through a specialist?

I answered above - Brello.
After I hit goal weight I just decided to take it again when the food noise came back. Today I’m 5 weeks and three days in and doing fine.

Multiple doses from the same vial is absolutely NOT sanitary, even with a new needle, unless the vial was designed for multiple injections so contsinscoreservatives.

Many GLP1 are multi use vials, mine is. This has already been explained.

NP.
I see my Primary Care Internal Med doctor in person. She prescribes, triages all questions and concerns.
Zero issues.

As is mine. The company sent it to me with many needles.

I got Zepbound from Push+ in June, online provider. I lost 40 lbs, never went past the starter dose. Last month I moved down to taking the starter dose every other week. I believe what I am doing now is technically microdosing. I'm not pulling from the same vial multiple times, but I'm taking the smallest dose less frequently. so a box lasts me 2 months instead of 1, costing $150 a month for the name brand drug. Highly recommend.

I’m 133 lbs, I’d like to drop 15 more lbs but have been stagnanted for 6 months. I couldn’t fudge my weight on WW because I already track my weight on their app.

- OP

You need a psychiatric drug, not a weight loss drug.

NP-Using an online service and communicate with NP but so many places now offer it. I go to a very normal obgyn practice and they now ask if it's something you'd like to address during consult.
