Wrong. It's jesuit. You might be thinking of ND or Villanova. |
|
BC is def having a moment at DC schools. Many area kids going there if you check the lists.
|
| BC is nowhere near ND in any fashion- never was and never will be. It is closer to Villanova in prestige prior to Pope Leo. W&M is a bargain in comparison. |
| Many kids maybe going there but hardly at the top of their high school class. Similar to BU, UMiami, Nova and Wake.. |
BC maybe less conservative than ND, but it’s more conservative than the two other schools in the discussion. Also, more generally just white UMC suburban kids. |
Yes, stagnant at #37. |
| BC isn't where you go for math/science/CS. |
| Lot of money for a 37th ranked conservative Catholic school. |
That's why it pretty much as a nonexistent CS department. Maybe to study english lit or business, but not CS. But who is going to pay $90k for an english lit degree from a "meh" college? |
Probably more than a few Georgetown grads envy BC because their own campus is cramped & ugly, & their sports are weak. |
Here you are again rebutting arguments no one ever claimed. BC never ever claimed to be higher ranked or "more prestigious" than ND. |
|
Save money and go to W&M nicer weather and great history. Case is in Cleveland. BC is second level expensive Catholic university.
|
Why are you dragging and disparaging Georgetown into this? These are all good schools. The incessant and unnecessary tearing down of schools is tiresome. |
| Georgetown grads don’t look in the rear view mirror at BC. Other than women’s lax. BC’s major sports are bad. |
Oh look, we can use facts instead of fakery. BC is ranked #37 and Jesuit. W&M is public and less expensive. Case is indeed in Cleveland. All are well-regarded. |
