I challenge anyone criticizing a celebrity’s looks to post pics of themselves.

The guy made millions off his face. It’s his brand. People can say whatever they want.

Joshua Jackson looks more like George Clooney than George Clooney does.

I believe it. Both are very busy and neither one seems like they care enough to be super hands on when they do have time. A very stereotypical rich workaholic family dynamic.

That’s a whole lot of assumptions you’re making based on… not very much evidence.

+1. Typical brainless gossiper.

This is what have always heard from the rumor mill from friends in L.A. so just figured he married for a beard.

Yeah, I really don't think so. Bi, perhaps. But homosexual? Why put himself through such a charade?

He didn’t need to marry her. He could have stayed the eternal bachelor and still be adored.

He thought there was a lane to enter politics.

+100
-- he thought there was a lane to enter politics, where a beautiful and well-educated wife would be helpful for a lefty/liberal candidate.
-- he's a self-obsessed egotist and realized he wanted not to be a dad per se but to have kids who carried on his genes, and decided the best way to do this was through a marriage that would be seen as respectable (vs elon's surrogate grossness) and with a woman whose own genes would contribute intelligence and decent looks
-- he looks shockingly old and bad in the new nespresso ads with eva longoria

Wow - this sounds completely conspiratorial and unhinged from any reality.

I don't think people realize how serious her career is and how many extremely high powered people and regimes she fights. She's a brilliant human rights lawyer and she's a dual Lebanese-UK citizen. She's a visiting professor at Oxford right now.

It makes a lot of sense that she and the children would stay in the UK now. I suspect George will join them soon.

How is that different than most hard-working UMC families in the DMV or for that matter in the world? If I am at work all day long, the kids are in the daycare or with a nanny. Then they are with me and my husband when we return home from work. It sounds like they make time for the kids in the morning. I have seen plenty of moms and dads who can't be bothered, and they are not high-profile human rights lawyers.
I think Amal must be insanely busy right now, more than before. I mean Lebanon was bombed for months by Israel, there is the Gaza crisis, she is involved in Syrian cases, and there was a revolution there.
I also have a very busy job. I am lucky my kids are young adults and living on their own, while I travel nonstop and have to work most weekends, too.
George seems less busy than she, so I would think he is, or should step up. That's what most families here do. Seems like a let's tear down another mom and dad down. The question, to me, is why isn't George stay at home dad? His job is not important at all.

Does she have a personal army that she can deploy to uphold the judgements she obtains? Has she defeated Chinese humans rights violators?

NP but I'm sorry you don't understand how international law works? That's not Amal's problem.

I fully understand how it works. It doesn’t. It’s not really law nor justice. It’s just words on paper that some people think matter but those with most of the power do not.

Let’s say you’re right. Why hasn’t one male companion or fling come forward in 60 years?

There have been allegations. One minor who made allegations ended up having a terrible accident.

You are right. Gay men of his generation never married or had kids, right?

NO because it’s an act of subterfuge and done in plain sight. His boyfriend is a member of his staff and or a family friend. He an Amal used to vacation with Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for instance. Lavender marriage.
