Is this soft launching a divorce? She's with the kids? Like they don't have a team of nannies. Is there any evidence this woman is a practicing lawyer? It's also strange with the Obama rumors and how Barack allegedly got George to write the NYT op-ed.

I'm very impressed they've managed to make it work so far, with kids no less. He took a long time to get married, and my impression is that he's not someone who needs a decorative female at his elbow all the time. It doesn't mean he doesn't love his wife and children, of course.

And as the article explains, his wife is working on high-profile cases at some personal risk (terrorism), and it makes travel and security issues even more fraught than usual, especially with children.

I hope they manage to make it work. They seem to be two intelligent, grounded people.

This is 100% them soft launching a divorce then. Her missing the Broadway permiere was a big sign. It was his first Broadway debut. Unless the kids were sick it's one of things you don't miss.

Because they respect him. Not everyone is looking for a cash day. It happened frequently with old Hollywood stars. Their old gay flings would come once the star died.
