Pros and cons to freedom. I’d rather people overstay their visa than live in a police state.

I'd rather live where people know better than to break laws. Law-abiding, hardworking citizens who don't break laws will be fine.

oh really. Tell that to a black man who gets pulled over and roughed up.

I bet you've broken laws.. parking, speeding, etc.. You just want to pick and choose which laws *you* think should be followed.

Yes, I have gotten tickets. I was respectful to the police who pulled me over, lowered my windows, showed my ID, and then paid my fines.

They don’t come here to sit on their asses, they come here to do the jobs Americans won’t do. Don’t want them here? Pick up a toilet brush and work for $2/hr.

And for the millionth time, the crime rate among immigrants is extremely low - stop pushing the lie that they’re all criminals

Here is a public service announcement. When you keep your window rolled up, when you pretend you are sleeping, when you drag your body weight, instead of walking on your own:

the police never react by thinking “Oh this didn’t work out the way I thought. I think I’ll drive away now!” They don’t just change their mind and leave.

Your leader deported a whole bunch of Venezuelans who came here legally. Can you admit now that he has done something wrong?

You can’t pay a legal immigrant less than minimum wage. There are entire industries that rely on cheap illegal labor.

For me, this shows that a lot of rich people just send their kids to private school, live far away from any crime —or police—and like to thing of everyone with misfortune as “poor souls.”

So maybe anything that is done (removals or enforcement of the law) would be seem cruel to them. Cruel as they are living in a sheltered and privileged world, where they discuss the horrible news with friends over wine on every Thursday. Please prove me wrong and share your experience in the hood; I would be happy to hear it

I voted for Harris with misgivings. Can't stand Trump. I still think illegal immigration is wrong.

Voting for Harris made sense. It's the people that were duped into voting for Trump 2024 and 2020 and Biden 2020 that are to blame. Thanks idiots! Do better please!
