True and the more important aspect of this is that non citizens that are in the US and somehow able to vote, would by majority support the candidates of the political party that has a stronger stance on border security and limiting the amount of non citizens entering the country. Because the legality of that order is in dispute. ICE claims they didn't need a warrant for a public arrest, but Berrios's attorney argues her rights were violated without showing one.

As pointed out, you do not need a warrant to pull over a car, and once pulled over you do not have the right to disobey an order to get out of the vehicle. There is zero need for a warrant to remove her from the car.

Pulling a car over is still considered a detention subject to the 4th ammendment. You do need probable cause of a crime or primary driving offense to pull over a car. What was the reason for the traffic stop?

Not correct. A lower standard called "reasonable suspicion" is sufficient for initiating a traffic stop. Reasonable suspicion means the officer has a reasonable basis to suspect a crime has been or is about to be committed. The fact that she’s illegal means she’s currently committing a crime. The stop is legal. She broke the law it’s not that hard.

Federal law enforcement officers have the authority to pull over someone that is presenting a threat to the public. Whether or not this person was presenting a threat to the public is matter for debate. It's all a mess created by our two recent awful presidents.

ICE can pull a vehicle over if they have reasonable suspicion it contains undocumented people. They knew she was undocumented. They had the right to pull her over, and if ordered, she needs to get out of the car. This is on her.

This is the problem with phony asylum status that Biden made up for backdoor immigration. She was undocumented then got caught, but then convientlty used the asylum status to stay. No that it's been determined those status is phoney and rescinded she needs to go back. Why are people so shocked when asylum ends but not when by a wave a magic wand it was created, it can be removed the same get over it.

That “phony asylum system” was created by congress and has been the law of the land for decades. It needs to be changed by congress. You can’t blame desperate people for using existing rules to stay in the country. The point still stands that at the time of the encounter with iCE agents in the video, she was legally here and had work authorization, whether you like it or not. We are a country of laws.

They knew who she was. It’s right in the article. It’s not appearance, they were watching her specifically.

Cruz Berrios tells WJZ she believes ICE agents had been after her mother, as they previously showed up at their home in Westminster twice but were denied entry both times. During both incidents, Berrios requested that they present a warrant. Eventually, the agents left, according to Cruz Berrios.

If any police officer instructs you to step out of your car, failure to follow those instructions a lead to arrest. Police don’t need a warrant. She was told to get out of the car, she refused. Her daughter is confused in thinking they need a warrant to require her to get out. Your car isn’t some special place.
