I’m not sure she will receive an Oscar nomination. There doesn’t seem to be any real passion for her movie or performance. She was thinking she would receive an Oscar nomination for A Mighty Heart, yet ended up being snubbed. I don’t think she is very well liked by the industry.

Angelina Jolie has a lot of close ups singing opera.

It reminds me of when she played in "Girl, Interrupted" and "Gia." She was better in those roles. Maria Callas is too classy for her.

Lots of women who are actually autistic have been misdiagnosed as BPD. It’s also a not uncommon co-morbidity with ASD due to trauma. BPD is not caused by neurodivergence. Rather neurodivergent people can be more susceptible to trauma, which does cause BPD. I have no idea if Angelina is autistic or not but I would not be surprised. There are lots of autistic women in my family and I can definitely see similarities.

Apparently Maria hasn’t released in the UK yet. Most voters won’t have seen it, unless they were sent screeners? If she wins the GG, will help her momentum. If not, she could be on the bubble for a nom. I personally would rather see Jean-Baptiste, Madison, Gascon, Demi Moore and Nicole Kidman get the noms. Erivo is my 6th, great work but a slight role compared to the others. Jolie’s work was just not that great imo.

This is a minority opinion because i have only seen comments that was lovely during the roundtable which I agree with. They were all nervous, especially Zoe and Zendaya. It was cute to see.
