What brand are these tortillas?

Half this forum wouldn’t be on semaglutides if they could manage the simple steps OP does, so let’s not get too comfortable on that high horse

Hello! This is OP. I am a late thirties woman who is trying to lose some weight and build healthy exercise and eating habits as I enter my 40s and beyond. I am only 4’10 so I need to be pretty strict with my calorie intake. I’m focusing on Whole Foods protein and fiber rich diet with nutrient dense ingredients.

I haven’t yet done a RMR test but I’m trying not to exceed 1200 calories per day. I use a food scale to measure my portions and better understand how much food I’m consuming. First realization has been… I have been eating way too much food!

Not that poster, but I use Mission Protein tortillas. 70 calories, 14 g of fiber and 7g of protein. They have low net carbs, which I don't care about.

- 4.2 oz raspberries
- 5.3 oz Skyr yogurt berry flavored
- 2.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- .8 tablespoon crunchy almond butter

a small cup of drip coffee with a splash of almond milk

19 grams of fiber already but only 23 grams of protein!

This has to be a troll

Yes, Mission brand carb balance. I got the whole wheat one which for 2 little tortillas is 70calories, 20 G FIBER! And 5g of protein. The carbs are 22g but it says take the fiber out it’s only 2 G

Thank you!!

Good job op, keep it up.

Also, don’t listen to the negative Nancies. Measuring food intake using mass/weight is by far and away the best way to control macros. Go watch videos of how pro body builders eat in a day. Almost everything is exactly measured to a T.

Switch to a 100% whole grain bread, or have a bowl of oatmeal or barley or farro.
Ditch the egg and egg whites.
Ditch the whole milk.
Maybe include soy milk yogurt with ground flaxseed and wheat germ
Include blueberries, raspberries

This is OP. Dinner was simple:

- 3.07 oz rotisserie chicken
- 3 oz mixed vegetables steamed ( broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)

And that’s a wrap!
