Most Americans get nowhere near the amount of required fiber per day.

Her breakfast isn’t too far off from mine but I do add 1/2 cup of beans each day.

You at probably still drastically short.

You are literally proving why Americans get nowhere near enough fiber, because they're so far off the mark for the daily recommended amounts in terms of education.

Just for fiber alone a woman needs:

1/2c beans
1/2 an entire avocado
1/2c oats
2 table chia
1 apple

At a minimum.

For breakfast?? All that? Or in aday

You're obsessive and I would have you screened for an eating disorder.

Why all that stuff?

I eat 2/3 cup All Bran Buds
1 banana
1 cup 1% milk and/or nonfat kefir
Coffee with 1% milk

Every day.

In a day. That's about 25 g of fiber. If you're a man, you need to even eat 2 more apples on top of this to get the minimum recommended.

I eat this keto approved tortillas that are low carb. It says it has a whopping 20grams of fiber in one teeny wrap. It’s probably full of shit but that and a little nut butter or avocado on top is a good snack with fiber and low carb.

Yeah…I wasn’t sure if this is a joke. If you are weighing every single thing you eat on a food scale, that’s weird at best, but likely disordered.

Ok this is my lunch. I made a smoothie:

- .81 baby kale
- .5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 20 g microgreens
- 6.17 oz micro greens
- 2.5 table spoons chia seeds
- fiber supplement
- reveratrol supplement

I ate a side of 4.8 oz garbanzo beans

My impression as well. Nobody eats a breakfast without sausage, bacon, steak and a follow-up Grand Slam at Denny's. Nobody.

Looking good. Good protein, fiber, vit C and A plus you are eating a rainbow of colors filled with valuable phytonutrients.

I should also add, generally you want to eat whole foods and not smoothies all the time, because blending can reduce fiber. You want your body to work while it is breaking down macro foods.

But overall, still good to eat a smoothie for a a nutrient burst when you're short on time.

This sounds terrible. Sorry.

Thanks, I forgot that I added a whole granny smith apple as well.

I feel full and great, actually. I am already at 35 grams of fiber for the day.

Only 42 grams protein though, so hopefully increase that during dinner.

This is OP, I do not do this every day. I am doing it these days to see what I am eating and what my macros are on a regular day...after I have a sense of what my plates look like I don't do this anymore.
