Why did Biden work to free Brittney Griner but not these men?

Four page thread and not one post to any news story or factual account of what's going on.

Fascinating.

He figured Britney would be grateful and let him grope.

Usually, there aren't news stories about what is going on when diplomats are working behind the scenes. The only reason Brittany G. was in the news is that she was a basketball star. I'm sure if one of these guys was a sports star they would also be in the news more.

This week there is the whole testimony about Trump raw dogging a porn star and then paying her hush money.

On top of that RFK jr. admitting he had a worm eating his brain, above and beyond all the brain cells killing drug use.

Busy news week out there.

Turks and Caicos isn't Mexico. Biden can remind them about what happened when Grenada decided to jail Americans

I mean, if you want to dumb it down to identity politics instead of the complex international situation it actually was, fine. The activist lesbian black woman just happened to be on her way to a hostile nation to play professional sports right before they initiated a hostile takeover of a neighboring country. Compared to white men who own guns and got busted bringing bullets on a tropical vacation. But it’s all simple to the simple minded.

And a former president didn't have his mistress giving testimony about what she did with him and his unprotected body parts while his pregnant wife was at home. And then paid her off.

The morale of the story: totally clean out your bags before you go out of the country each and every time. Don't let random ammo ruin your international beach vacation during a busy news month.

This.
Guys.
THIS.

"This" what? You think the TSA conspired with Joe Biden to set up two completely random idiots in Turks & Caicos?

But the vape cartridge was against the law in Russia. Why respect one country’s laws but not another?

Oh are we taking Russia’s word for it?

Griner herself admitted she had marijuana on her.

What proof do you have that they aren't working on it?

Why waste any time with these criminals?

They are British Overseas Territories.

The British Overseas Territories (BOTs) are the 14 territories with a constitutional and historical link with the United Kingdom that, while not forming part of the United Kingdom itself, are part of its sovereign territory. The permanently inhabited territories are delegated varying degrees of internal self-governance, with the United Kingdom retaining responsibility for defence, foreign relations and internal security, and ultimate responsibility for good governance.

lol Grenada learn your history!

Two American men facing 12 years in Turks and Caicos prison after accidentally bringing ammunition in their luggage have shared their terror at the prospect of jail.

Ryan Watson, 40, and Bryan Hagerich, 39, both fathers of two young children, have spent months on the Caribbean islands following their arrests, awaiting their fate as their cases wind through the legal system.

Speaking on NewsNation's Cuomo, from the Airbnb both are sharing, Bryan said he is 'absolutely terrified' by the prospect of prison time, and warned others: 'It can happen to you. For those that don't think it can, it certainly can.

It comes as their harsh ordeal has sparked outrage back in America, while several airports and schools across Turks and Caicos have received bomb threats demanding they are freed[/quote]

Yesterday in response to the above I posted the message below - can’t remember the exact words but this is basically it:

If they are working on it, they are doing so incompetently given that these individuals have been held longer in a friendly country than Griner was held in an unfriendly country.

And my post was then deleted by the moderator. People can agree or disagree with my opinion but I really don’t understand what is objectionable about this post. The efforts of the board moderator to protect Democrats are truly puzzling at times.
