If Florida still has the abortion referendum on the ballot in November, that state could also be in play.

Ha. Sure.

The Florida Supreme Court is about to enforce a 6 week abortion ban in Florida in the coming weeks.

Pro abortion supporters easily got the required amount of verified signatures to put it on the ballot. Abortion and climate change will be big on the ballot this year there.

What are the things the moderate Americans don't agree with? The things Biden has done that are wildly popular including reducing the cost of drugs, more renewables, more manufacturing in the US, higher wages for workers, the infrastructure investments. the things he would like to do that are wildly popular: woman's reproductive rights, sensible gun legislation, funding Ukraine.

Democratic pundits keep repeating what is written above and yet Trump is still winning in the polls. Why is that? I see PP has conveniently ignored the border that was cited as an issue. Moderate democrats care about seeing people from the border on the streets and draining resources from schools, hospitals and other services. At this point that is more important than even abortion for November. Middle class Women can go to the next state over for a one time procedure. Navigating overrun social services are more frustrating.

No Trump is planning a federal ban. There will be no traveling for women.

CNN’s inaugural “Road to 270” electoral map shows President Joe Biden struggling to recreate his Electoral College majority from his successful 2020 run and former President Donald Trump with enough states solidly in his corner or leaning in his direction to put him in a position to win the presidency again.

This first look at a potential Biden vs. Trump rematch – and the electoral math each would need to capture 270 electoral votes – captures the dynamics at play 10 months from Election Day. Biden is an incumbent president with stubbornly low approval ratings, persistent questions and concerns about his ability to serve another term, and diminished support from some key components of his winning coalition from 2020.

Biden has made a mistake. He said when he ran in 2020 he would only serve one term, then bow out. He is putting our democracy at risk. Rest in power Justice Ginsberg, but she did us a disservice by not stepping down and it seems Biden will follow her lead. I know it’s early. I know polls are notoriously unreliable. Still, this is troubling.

Replace Biden with any normal Dem candidate and the normal candidate destroys Trump in an electoral and popular vote landslide victory. What are you thinking Joe?

Whitmer would take the purple mid-western states in route to an easy victory over Trump. That's a no-brainer.

Evidence?

Mid-western swing voters aren't stupid. You put a candidate in front of them that makes sense as a candidate for the most powerful job in the world and they'll vote for that candidate over the elderly, bumbling alternatives.

Well then Biden will do just fine.

The GOP will soon start jockeying for their place in a post-Trump world. He'll quickly become irrelevant, obviously steal as much as he can, etc. And it'll be up to the next President (Democrat or Republican) to fix everything he breaks. But it'll finally be over.

Trump can win and then run for re-election. The prohibition is on three conservative terms, not three terms

No, Vlad.

Actually not true. Biden is the only one who can beat Trump and Biden is only in the race to beat Trump. If Trump is not the nominee, Biden won't be either.

That doesn’t make sense at all.

As long as someone as awful as Trump is the competition, even someone as weak as Biden has a chance.

Shocking this is even a possibility let alone likely scenario.

I can’t believe he is getting away with so much traitorous behavior, inciting a violent insurrection, verified lies about 2020 election fraud, criminal negligence in handling of national security document and sexual Misconduct …

The full objectives of Project 2025 will crumble. Trump will be a lame duck, the GOP will be looking past him, and even this SCOTUS won't allow the government to be entirely remade into a dictatorship.
