I am in VA so I don't know how much my vote will matter BUT between disaster at the border and support of Israel with complete f*** you to American foreign policy, I am done and cannot vote for Biden in good conscience. Frankly, Trump can't be any worse than this. In 2024, the slogan that Trump is bad is not going to be enough for democrats. I never thought I would feel this way but here we are.

Signed - A lifelong democrat.

Then you have forgotten everything about Trump’s first term.

And remember he is currently being charged with multiple state and federal felony charges, including racketeering.

This country truly has the memory of a fruit fly.

Nah, these folks have Oppositional Defiance Disorder. They want to be independent and edgy.

If you disagree with how Biden has handled the Israel crisis, then you'd probably really hate how Trump would've given Bibi carte blanche for a legit genocide and full annexation of Gaza.

We don't really know this, it's an assumption. What we are seeing is reality.

Yes, we do. We also know that Russia-iran-Hamas are in cahoots. Trump was and is in cahoots with Russia. that puts a Trump US in the same axis against, NATO and the EU. Is that what you want?

(also, yes Netanyu was funding Hamas too)

Sorry. We are not falling for that again. It almost worked in 2016. We have gotten wise to your ways.

Seriously?

Trump moved the embassy to Jerusalem and nearly started a war.

Do I seriously need to remind you of everything?

You know.... we heard this repeatedly during Trump's presidency. "He is going to start WW III!!!!!"

But, the truth is.... the world was more at peace than it is right now. No new wars started.

So, your belly aching is just that... belly aching. No truth to what you say.

That is because Putin didn;'t have to fire any shots to gain control of US assets, and he literally walked into Donbas without a shot fired because trump let him. Putin also exerted more control over Syria without any response from Trump.

See a pattern?

The prosecutions of trump have jumped the shark. Any notion that it was a legit prosecution not based on politics and trying to get him off the ballot is gone. Even the ACLU is arguing on his behalf that this is going too far. Very banana republic to use the judicial branch to silence your political opponent. The gag order is bananas. The NY judge mugging happily for the cameras is too much. He was giggling. So undignified and unserious. So no, the fact that he is facing multiple criminal charges doesn’t matter to me AT ALL because they are entirely politically motivated.

You're a clown. You could have just led with that.

Not fair, OP asked a question and the poster above responded. You don't get to call names because you don't like the answer.

To be correct, OP asked a question of “people frustrated with Biden who say they won’t vote in 2024” and I seriously doubt this PP who is obsessed with the minute details of Trump’s trials and convinced that they’re just so unfair (stomp) is one of those people.

NP. I thought Israel is “in cahoots” with Russia? There’s many many posts on the Israel - Hamas war thread saying that.

Netanyahu aligned himself with Putin.
Putin is aligned with Iran and Hamas.
Netanyahu is also funding Hamas.

the common theme here is Netanayu and Putin. Nothing about Israelis and Palestianians in terms of regular people. They are both pawns here.

I can not vote for him. His siding with the Israelis is just the last straw.

They both say Russia was involved with Trump on many levels and through many people.

No, because abetting a country intent on committing genocide is worse than Hamas.

I guess you aren't familiar with Hamas's goal of eradicating the Jews?

It’s absolutely worth it. I was just talking with some friends today about how much better life was 5 or so years ago under Trump. Will we vote for him? No way. But none of us plan to vote for Biden again. One friend even used the term “suicidal” to describe another vote for Biden.

Oh and we’re all in NOVA so yea it matters.

Are you forgetting the pandemic? Good lord.

People like this love to gloss over the pandemic and think back to 2018-2019. They figure a pandemic won’t happen again in their lifetime, so how Trump handled that doesn’t factor in to their thinking. But what they should really be thinking about is that the pandemic showed us how Trump would handle any crisis. He is too busy worrying about himself to care about any of us. He isn’t capable of caring about other people. We were paying the price for that in the early days of COVID and we will pay the price again with whatever other crisis comes up if he’s in charge.

He will be so preoccupied with getting revenge on people he feels have wronged him, that decisions will be made by whatever crazy people actually agree to work for him in a second term.

We will find out the hard way.

Biden has been absolutely terrible and I have never voted Republican in my life and if a Republican candidate who was sane actually won the primary then I would consider voting for him. I disagree with Biden's handling of immigration, foreign policy decisions, and his response to the terrorist attack on Israel has been terrible and has already exposed US troops to danger and now the US is essentially financing genocide.

I'm an immigrant and I think the problem of illegal immigration has become unsustainable and is creating havoc in cities. I live in NY now and the mayor of NYC is really struggling to deal with the influx of people. Not enough shelter, medical care, or money to care for everyone. It is also tremendously unfair to the millions of people waiting legally to enter. I had family members who waited 15 plus years to obtain legal visas to come to the US under family sponsorship programs.

I guess you don't realize how much we have learned since either of these were written.

So you’ll help elect trump whose criticism is that Biden isn’t doing enough for Israel and who doesn’t believe in voting rights at all. Makes total sense.

There are just as many people that are frustrated with Trump being a nominee that either won't vote or will vote for a 3rd party. In a choice between Trump and Biden, there is plenty of reason for frustration to go around. Our best hope is for something to cause either or both of them to back out of the race with normal candidates replacing them and if that doesn't happen, we can pray for a primary challenger or 3rd party candidate miraculously coming out of nowhere overtake them.

I don't know if that's written somewhere, what we are seeing at the hands of Israel is actually happening in real time. No goal, no talk, total annihilation.
