Can you provide data to back this up? I'd be willing to venture that smelling cannabis is on its way to becoming a meaningless pretextual stop given the medical cannabis availability and the soon to be recreational availability. MoCo might still have more dispensaries than any other county in the state. The vast majority of these people are not folks with illegal guns.

a civil citation of still like a traffic ticket. You get given it by the police .
