I think they do a better job of recognizing good country music more than the CMA's do.

The country categories have always been a total joke.

A scam? The Dr. Dre award is brand new and was named after him, as its first recipient.

I'm looking at the best album nominees and winners and actually looks pretty darn good to me.

awful host

I liked it for being background noise. I hated the Golden Gloves because the host kept trying to make himself happen.

Beyoncé needs to retire.

Are you all serious? She’s never won album of the year - which is insane.

Hope she wins this year!

And that streak should continue bc her latest album was crap. lyrically and sound wise not my favorite of hers.

Beyoncés music gets worse and worse. I liked her first solo album and that’s about it. Her older Destiny’s Child stuff was way better. Say My Name is a great song!

And the stunt she pulled arriving late and then “winning” best EDM album. GTFO don’t worry Bey we can live without you!

Music for a sushi restaurant is brilliant.

The sound engineers need to be fired. I don't know what was wrong, but it just sounded really bad. Sometimes the vocals were overpowered by the band and there was some sort of echo going on. It did sound better during the grand finale, but it wasn't like they were singing lol

She looks horrible. Other women her age have gotten work done and look great. She should sue her plastic surgeon/dermatologist.

It was so boring.

The fashion was terrible. The red carpet coverage on E! was beyond terrible. I adore Lavern Cox but she cannot interview. Please, pull her! She was terrible at the Emmys and terrible last night.

The performances were meh.

I will say, good on Taylor Swift for being the only person standing up when Harry won & encouraging him on when he was being heckled.

Everyone else looked positively bored to be there!

Ages ago in 2006 I got to be a seat filler at the show. My college roommate's grandpa was some big high up dude in the music industry or academy. When we were inside and doing our duties, everyone was having SO much fun. Celebs actually danced and seemed to enjoy being there.

The slowed talking and pregnant pauses in her announcing didn't help either. The riding crop gig is tired and boring now.

he was awesome

It was one of his worst performances, imo. He was nervous, and didn't get to feed off the crowd like he does at his concerts. He's still magnetic though!

Not sure why they had to add the risk of a turntable. Why not allow him to sing like he does at concerts day in and day out.

The 50th anniversary hip hop performance was great!! I didn't watch the grammy's but found a video of this and wow--it was all Questlove's doing. Man is he a musical genius.
