James Corden Restaurant Drama

I don't expect anyone to be perfect. One instance is not a pattern nor does it exemplify someone's personality or character. Of all the things he has offered the world, the takeaway is one interaction over an omelette? Huge shrug.

Oh and I didn't read, well ignored actually, the many other examples of his horrible behavior here or elsewhere. I just like him and want him to be thought of as a good guy.

I hope you are branded forever as a bitter and caustically sarcastic person. I don't care what else you've done in life.

FYI I read exactly ONE example of his "horrible behavior" which A) even on the internet has a big fat "RUMOR" stamp on its forehead, which is saying a lot and B) involved traveling with a spouse and kids, and no violence or foul language was involved; the "horrible behavior" was not doing his share as a husband and father. GASP.

Even bigger shrug.

What has he done that was so great that he has earned your undying devotion?

He made me laugh. He hasn't earned my undying devotion, though. I honestly think the complaints are trivial. Do you realize some people beat their spouses? Have affairs while their wives are pregnant? Have affairs with all the people who throw themselves at celebrities? Etc?

He got mad about an omelette that wasn't cooked correctly, two times. He let his wife handle the baby while flying. I honestly don't care. I would be shocked if there were any of us out there who aren't guilty of that kind of trivial behavior at one point or another.

I have a bigger issue with a restaurant publicly shaming a customer, especially by name. If they do it to him, they will do it to you.

+1 Why aren't they publicly apologizing for the crap job they did with his order?

Why should they? They apologized to Corden. A business can choose whom they serve.

I thought it was common knowledge that he was a complete prick. Which is so weird, given his looks and talent.

They don't need to publicly bash him. Just tell him he is not welcome and move on. Why are they desperate for their five minutes fame?

You must not be familiar with Keith McNally. Go read his Instagram.

Is it not apparent that celebrity culture is dying. Kim Kardashian booed at the football game. No one wants to kiss up to these entitled asses anymore.

What rock did you live under that you think Balthazar needs “their five minutes of fame”?
