I agree with all this. I guess I'll take comfort in the fact that it's not common for a school employee to be arrested.
I don't know how FCPS could effectively be doing 24/7/365 background checks. Even if you found this case, you'd have to then make a determination that the defendant with the same name as an FCPS employee is the defendant in the case. And probably 95% of the time it wouldn't be one of your employees. This guy obviously kept everything under wraps/concealed from FCPS.
