There is a a big difference between a man being hair all over. Their entire body is hairy. There is no distinguishing pubic hair.

But on a woman or less hairy man, going from nearly hairless leg to a bush growing out of suit and inner thigh is very much distinguished as pubic hair and not acceptable for public

I just looked at this link, and I really don't think that the hair sticking out is a big deal. OP's daughter knows that this spins her mom up. OP, I would never mention it again. Let your daughter decide what she wants to do. Some people on this thread are drama queens. Social pariah? Please.

I don’t care if OP’s kid wants to walk around with everything hanging out. Your initial premise of calling it leg hair to try and normalize it is incorrect. There are social norms but not laws, don’t follow them if you don’t want to.
