Okay, I love this coat. And I’m a middle aged woman who’s always freezing so I totally support M in wearing coats wherever. I bet they keep everything freezing because DT is overweight so he doesn’t have a sweaty cardiac event.

Kimberly Guilfoyle is a 50 year old woman that was formerly the ADA in San Francisco. It boggles my mind that she cannot find something more appropriate to wear to what is essentially a business function. (Although maybe to her, it's a date? Like when you wear a sexy dress to your husband's work party that you would never wear to your own work party?) The whole thing is mystifying and yes, makes me think of a TV show or movie where all the actresses wear sexy versions of what regular professional women would wear.

I assume the whole family is there because the President realized the speech was a bombshell that would cause the Dow Jones to spiral and wanted his kids and their randomly-employed-by-him S.O.s there for the historic occasion and to show solidarity? I guess Tiffany didn't get a +1, though.

But, on the fashion front, the white pantsuit is acceptable. Not something I would ever wear or covet, but passes the bare minimum test for acceptability. But get your hand out of your husband's lap while at a work function. (I think I had an 8th grade teacher tell me I wasn't allowed to hold hands like that with a bf during class movie time because it was inappropriate and made people uncomfortable....apparently she never had that teacher!)

Tiffany's +1 is directly behind her, Eric's is off camera (and wearing a high-necked brown dress)

Good catch. I dunno why they're sitting in the handicapped seats, but it makes for a pretty funny shot. Like, there would totally be a Veep episode about it (early seasons, before life because a ridiculous veep episode.) From this angle, Tiffany almost looks appropriate -- that dress is kind of cute and flattering on her, but she needs a camisole or something to cover the insane cleavage.

And someone needs to tell Eric that his attempt at a beard makes him look like a hobo. Just because DJTJ grows a beard doesn't mean you have to try too, Eric. Not many blonds can carry off a beard, so don't feel bad -- just shave and be done with it.

Forget what they are wearing for a minute -- and Jared's very thin hands -- look how miserable they all look? Maybe it's very boring but they look like they've seen their future and there are no gilded toilets there.
