Wouldn’t even know, the idea of regular silicone or saline implants squicks me out so much that the string implants... bleh. Again, I don’t think she has those - they haven’t been used here since about 2001 and pretty much only for adult actresses. I think she just has new ones installed very so often and keeps going up.

I think it’s bra+ type of shirt. Turtlenecks are a big no no if you are above a D cup I’d say.
