Maybe their plan was to lynch him or tie him to a tree and beat the hell out of him. He didn't know what their plan was. Why would he know?

Put yourself into that man's shoes - a pick up truck with 2 armed men in front of you and another vehicle following you. As you near the pick up in front of you, a man with a gun steps into the roadway and blocks you from passing so you run to the other side of the vehicle, trying to get around and away from these armed men and the guy in the street meets you over on the other side of the truck and puts a gun in your face. You reflexively reach up and grab the gun to try to point it away from your body and to try to get it away from your attacker. You are shot 3 times and die in the middle of the street while the man who had been chasing you in his vehicle films it.

Explain how you would have handled this differently.

Ignoring that asinine back-and-forth above. This is a clear case of prosecutor misconduct.

This guy—this murderer—was not even qualified to be a police officer for over 10 years of his employment. He lost his gun and his badge and was only reinstated because (the same covering up) DA interceded and got him a waiver.

Here is the letter that the District Attorney of Glynn County cited above sent in 2014 on McMichael's behalf to keep his job even though he hadn't passed the requirements.

If you know anything at all about self defense - and I can already tell you don't - all self defense instructors say to fight back, not just give in and go along with the person attempting to assault them. You are more likely to be hurt or die if you do not resist.

If you know anything at all about self defense - and I can already tell you don't - all self defense instructors say to fight back, not just give in and go along with the person attempting to assault them. You are more likely to be hurt or die if you do not resist.

I'm going to derail the thread because more male on male rapes happen than you would expect. When I was in college we had a problem with break ins in my appt complex. I lived in a small town in the south and the police did a seminar so we would up our safety. In this seminar we learned that they had a serial male rapist. It was so bad, the local newspaper ran a story about it. It almost never gets reported and it never gets press.

My H is a cop ... Most male rapes are not reported. Most of his cases he convicted were from the rapist video raping them.

Per FBI UCR statistics, twice as many black offenders murder white victims as opposed to white offenders murdering black victims. But who cares about actual facts when it's easier to just go along with the latest SJW initiative.
