Is VDA the best club to get recruited from?

No they don't.. not even close. He's not the head of VDA or VSA or .....

You are hiding behind the propaganda.
Speaking of vsa. DDs are taking the pathway to another ECNL club who will take care of their development. Cant wait until Parens find out after/if these players make the cut.

Yea they either drank too much of the BPaterade or really lack confidence in their DDs skills and conditioning. Some players clearly are confident in their ability to carry the load and work back to starting roles if an injury does happen.

Girls are missing out on HS experiences they cant get back.

VSA bags showed up for evaluations at that other cant get right club that needs to fill roster spots asap.

Nothing to get excited about. Does say that parents are now not buying into the VDA pathway or simply chasing the badge.

Meh

My DD is trying out for VSA tomorrow (u15 for next year) do they take a lot kids from the partner clubs as they age older?

Honestly, not many unfortunately. If she's good, she can go to another "big club" and make a name for herself and maybe eventually come back. They are collectors at older ages.

Before the argument shifted to “VDA is the best for college recruitment”, wasn’t the argument “VDA is best for development”?

How many players did VDA develop on the older group U19 & U17? I know most of them came from different clubs

What are you asking? How many players have been with VDA since they were 4 years old? 12 years old?

All thanks to VDA 🤜🤛🤜🤛🤜🤜🤜🤜training and the best Players and BPs
Vision🤛

Seriously are the parents who dont let their kiddos play HS just scared their kids aren’t good enough to work back into rotation if they get injured. Or is the fear they wont standout and will be exposed for being too on a team they have no business being on?

Asking for a few coaches and friends.

Where will your DD improve? Playing high school soccer or in their normal club environment? It’s probably different for everyone. My DD is definitely improving not playing high school.

DD is trying to get recruited and improve as a player at VDA.

Y'all “have fun” wherever you’re at.

U17 and U19 VDA teams have around 13 kids that have been in VDA since U13 on each roster.

That’s not the DCUM narrative but is what PlayMetrics is showing.

its like the prom. They may regret not playing with/against friends. Nothing wrong with playing for funsies. Unless they get injured and cant work their way back into the lineup.

sad to say that's not likely the case for the current U13s

We are talking about HS aged kids, I, as the parent, did NOT make the choice for my kid. DC would be playing HS soccer if it was my choice.
