It’s not true.

sure you can play, but then BP just gets passive aggressive with the girls and they
get on his naughty list. But sure go ahead and play.....NO INSTA POST FOR YOU!

The funny thing is, VDA is quick to claim credit the moment a player makes First Team All-District or All-Region

Funny thing is, parents don't realize it is actually the Club/ Team Coach who nominates those players from the team in the first place.

How can a club coach nominate players for HS award?

This is idiotic. The high school coach nominates and the other high school coaches vote. No club coaches are involved at any point.

Set up a meeting with Quan and discuss rationally your issues. I don't understand why parents can't use their words and do anything to solve the BP problems. Do better.

That’s not how the power dynamics work. Sure can complain and even leave the club. But nobody will and risk damaging their own kids situation when they they at or near recruiting ages. It’s a short window and losing playing time because your parents complain (it happens), club won’t release player card (it happens), coaches trash talk and steer college coaches away (it happens). Nobody will risk all that. It’s what they signed up for, maybe unknowingly at the time, but that’s the ship they chose and need to keep riding it all the way to shore.

The club coaches have no vote. The high school coach will nominate the players, and the other coaches will vote on the nominations at the end of the season. VDA will scoop in and post that their player made first team.

+ The forcing of next years July - December 10th graders to play another year of U15. Maybe it’ll change next year, but there were no college coaches at U15 games during Jeff Cup. Not sold on the plan yet.

For D-1, the coaches can't talk to the players until June 15th of their Junior year.

No. The club doesn't nominate anyone for HS.

All thanks to VDA 🤜🤛🤜🤛🤜🤜🤜🤜training and the best Players and BPs
Vision🤛

Seriously are the parents who dont let their kiddos play HS just scared their kids aren’t good enough to work back into rotation if they get injured. Or is the fear they wont standout and will be exposed for being too on a team they have no business being on?

Asking for a few coaches and friends.
