What SHOULD Dems do?

That’s correct. Because if you look at the data, you’ll see survey after survey showing that Dem positions are popular by a wide margin, such as gun control and abortion. Data also shows that white women with college degrees, by a wide margin, vote for Dems. You might infer that the college educated appreciate data, logic, and reason, and thus use it to make decisions in their everyday lives, which includes everything from child-reading, work, and politics. Many of us might be considered practical, and thus are focused on staunching the bleeding of this administration instead of arguing with trolls about facts. 😘

I was traumatized by that and can't fathom how the Republicans rationalize it.

They don't believe in democracy as much as they believe in conservatism and tax cuts

Wait, you’re saying that affluent white female liberals appreciate data, logic, and reason? An informal study of dcurbandads that was shared on this website last year came to the opposite conclusion.

If voters prefer our policies but still vited for a literal fascist over our candidates, what’s the takeaway? Are we just unlikable? Does no-one want to have a beer with a Democrat?

SMDH. You out yourself.

Yes exactly. And the t-rump voters are idiots who are mostly dumb, white, rural, hicks who bitterly cling to their christian nationalism and guns. Full stop.

In all seriousness, why would anyone want to have a beer with any of the leading Democrats? They are profoundly unlikeable people.

No. The voters have spoken. The only thing that matters is whether the president drinks beer, or looks as if they would totally drink beer if they weren’t an Ivy League germaphobe with a gold plated penthouse.

People want to dump Schumer for caving.
What would be an attack plan that makes sense?
I almost wish we had a parliamentary system right now, a dozen parties and coalitions forming and reforming.

I do wish and think we could have at least four parties instead of two, I wish they did have to build a coalition in a parliament. I wish there was a moderate center.

Is there anything we can do to punish the voters for disrespecting Kamala Harris the way they did? I hope they suffer under Trump, but I’d like them to be punished by us directly as well.

Whatever, MAGA troll. I would have a beer with Buttigieg. I’ve always had gay friends. And what’s wrong with Pritzker? Are you a body shamer? Newsom is a but slimy, but he’s charming and handsome and I would love to have a beer with him. AOC is a bit too progressive to be my ideal, but she’s cool. And finally, may I remind you of two people called Barack and Michelle Obama?!?! Our party is a LOT cooler than the Republicans!

If the voters keep choosing fascists and rapists and criminals, they need to be scared straight. Not just by their candidate messing up. But by the voters getting in trouble. There are limits to what is okay for voters to support.
