Didn’t see the CNN town hall but saw the thread about it that was deleted. That indicates to me some head in sand type behavior to not cope with her negatives.

I am going to have to copy this and save it somewhere -- to roll out on election night as Exhibit A as to why Trump won. Is this really how deeply buried some people have their heads in the sand, when it comes to inflation? Is this this really how Harris voters think an economy works?

I just took the day off work to run several errands. One stop was to a cobbler to have some shoes resoled. Another was to a clockmaker to drop off a wristwatch to be cleaned and oiled. And then I had an appointment for a mason to come by the house and replace some grout that has cracked and fallen out of the stonework on the house, before winter hits with freezing rain. And I probably shared the streets with several hundred truck drivers, delivering loads of food and fuel and other goods. These kind of tradespeople are the foundation of our economy and represent the majority of workers in a healthy economy.

Oh, and the final errand was to the grocery store. I try to cook most everything from scratch for the family, and I like King Arthur flour. A 4# bag that was $4.99 in 2018 is now even higher today -- up from $6.49 this summer to $6.99 now. Eggs, orange juice, vegetables, etc. are all up a similar percent from 2018.

Does the poster above really think the cobbler, horologist or stonemason "didn't make something" of their life? Is that how pathetic this person's worldview is?

What about the person working at a flour mill. Are they also a loser? Does this poster above think that everyone in a country can get a PhD and then 100% of the economy simply magically makes lots of money, and everyone lives well without anyone actually producing goods or services?

I make $250k and I am constantly annoyed by the costs of eating out and food prices and everything in general. It's not that I can't afford it per se but it's totally the wrong direction for the country. I absolutely feel for those for whom grocery prices take their toll on. A family of 4 eating out for lunch is upwards of $75 with tip and I'm talking about an entree. No drinks no appetizers no desserts. Even I'm hurting and I make a lot. The state of our nation has not been made better by Biden and co. I don't believe Kamala's new talk about how she won't repeat his policies.

I hear you on how expensive restaurant meals/take-out has gotten. But do you have any idea how much worse it will get if/when Trump carries out his "mass deportations"? The hospitality industry is desperate for food workers as it is.

No one has ever proven Trump "led an insurrection". What has been proven is Trump's inaction for 3 hours while the lunatics that stormed through Capitol security were roaming the halls looking for prominent leaders to "hang". Trump won't even deny that because he can't. His own children played a very key role in providing the proof of his dereliction of duty that day. But hey, keep denying it. I am in VA and I convinced my wife and son to vote for the good of the country and for the best interest of the common people and they both voted for Trump yesterday.

She isn't the greatest of candidates the Dems have ever come up with, that's for sure! Speaking of less than ideal candidates, how about a guy that had the job previously and chose to ignore all pleas for help and guidance for THREE HOURS while a mob of hundreds breached security at our Capitol Building and roamed the halls looking for our most prominent leaders to "hang". Dp- J6 is why an unknown number of Haley voters are going to vote for Harris. We won’t know how many until the 5th. So yeah babe. It matters.
