I think the belt goes with the dress and would be a really cute dress if it fit her properly or on someone with a smaller chest. I used to have a dress with a very similar cut and belt when I was stock thin and I loved it. (Mine was cherry red though). I also like the shoes although I could never wear them.
I also loved the blue dress she wore today for the Australian Pm’s Speech, although again the fit was not right around the chest and waist.
I’m flat chested and have always longed for boobs, but they are such a good example of why you don’t want to go too big (unless you’re a porn Star, in which case your ROI is important). Both M and I seem to think they can dress like skinny girls even though they have the gazongas, and it’s not working.
