As for ethnic cleansing. Yes, the forced deportations, refugee crisis, and rhetoric involving denying the existence of Ukraine and Ukrainians as a separate people does meet the definition of ethnic cleansing. It has not been as bad as what Serbia did to the Bosnians but it's still been pretty bad.

Acknowledging that the number of casualties and other info that isn't consistent with pervasive ethnic cleansing does not equate to arguing that "all war crimes are ok". If you can't tell the difference it's on you

When Ukrainian army tells the citizens they need to evacuate the building to get out of harm's way is this also "cleansing"? That's one of the top things they need - anti-aircraft weaponry that can reach high-altitude Russian jets along with being able to hit cruise missiles and Russian jets doing standoff missile launches from inside Belarus.

They have taken over their Gazprom subsidiary, expelled diplomats and their President has stated his regret for supporting Nordstream this weekend and today. It's a start. We'll see what happens on Wednesday when the EU meets.

Russia was supposed to have the second most powerful military in the world. I think the US marines alone could defeat the entire Russian conventional forces.

So that would put Germany in a solid national guard level capability of, like Colorado or something.
