It’s clear that in order to protect our kids and ourselves from gun violence, we have to vote for only Democrats. Republicans have made it clear they are not going to change anything.

We allow this because we no longer identify and contain evil. We blame social inequality for the symptoms of mental illness. We tell people with mental illness that they are fine, that society owes them. They are left to themselves, roaming aimlessly and suffering. This is done in the name of diversity and inclusion.

But, the PP is right. There is no sacrifice here. Sacrifice is voluntary. These are bad human beings harming other human beings. Liberals explain away and excuse their behavior and instead focus on the tool instead of focusing on the bad actor. Why is that? Why are liberals so ineffective in placing the blame where it clearly belongs. Guns don’t shoot themselves and kill people. People do. Address the people problem, not the tool problem.

Why are conservatives so bad at interpreting data. The US is a glaring outlier with regard to gun deaths. You don’t think other countries have bad people? You don’t think other countries have people with mental illness? You don’t think kids in other countries have access to social media and violent video games? You don’t think people in other countries have access to counseling and psychiatric care?
Conservatives would rather have children die than come to the obvious conclusion that we need to reduce the number of guns in our country.

Kids used to learn to shoot at school. They were taught proper safety, cleaning, and marksmanship.

Bring back after school gun clubs and gun ranges.

Now only kids with parents who take the time to teach these things and have the land got a backyard range or the time/money to go to a range have access.
