| Man, this police chief is extremely grating. This is a very serious and tragic case for sure, but I can't help but believe he's turning on his tough-guy theatrics because he knows cameras are watching him. The more I see of him, the more it seems like he's putting on a dramatized act - and doesn't seem very professional. |

| From news conference: POI ("Lj" Matthew) came to police station to speak to police. He asked for an attorney. When he left the station, he left at a high rate of speed, and VA state police have issued a misdemeanor warrant for reckless driving. |

No. The police officer at the press conference seemed to be implying that they suspect that the Matthew guy did it. |
