Too many of you forget BLC didn’t become a middle school program until recently with the 25s. 23s, 24s, etc. all ended at 6th grade when many then went to stars. |
"Proven". Hilarious. |
I believe this all started with BLC is a proven program and a great place to start. PP mentioned that the girls started there went to Stars then Capital. |
Guessing it was the same muscle you tore claiming BLC isn’t proven and that kids should leave the program sooner? The statement stands: all those kids played for BLC and are heading to the schools mentioned. BLC capped at 5th grade at the time, so those kids didn’t have the option of continuing thru to HS as they do today. Parse it any way you want, I’m sure you will. Facts are facts. |
The middle school mom and dad coaches at BLC bring the program down at least that’s been the case for 2027-2029. Sure some of the teams might be strong but it’s filled with favoritism for the coach’s kids. |
Wrong. BLC 28 is an anomaly. Every other BLC team is top / near top 10. Check the stats. Poster is a 28 ex-BLC dad who took his DD to Hero’s bec BLC was an off year. Who can blame him - I would have done the same thing. Except I’d have more class than to spit on the club I left. Bush-league stuff. If this guy’s DD was a 27 or 29 he’d be silent on this forum. |

From BLC 27, seems like 9 players went to Capital Blue, 1 to Capital Orange and maybe 4 went to "Big 3" Maryland teams.
Where are the other 5-7? |
Really, only 1 to Capital Orange? |
Yes, only 1. |
This is so dumb. Also I'm happy you like your club. |
More than 4 went to Maryland teams. M&D, Hero's, SW, and at least 1 to MDU. |
1 to Heros Green 1 to Heros White |
Honestly, the BLC 27 team was a little overrated. They played well as a team, and credit to them and their coaches for playing the top teams tight. However, individually, there weren't that many "Stars". They had a good system. |
this is comical....will you provide the same analysis for the teams they beat to achieve their overrated ranking? Do the teams they beat have more "Stars"? Isn't working well as a team a good thing? Shouldn't we all want a system? Note - my kid played against that team and was never on it so I have no allegiance but that statement was just .... |
