Read the changes in the bills. What these migrant kids are enduring as a result of Biden's lax border policies and enabling the trafficking of children is illegal and remains illegal in these states.

Because Republicans are NOT going to include amnesty as part of any bill. Democrats insist on that.
However, Republicans have a new bill ready to go. Democrats will whine that it doesn't include amnesty.
Based on what we have seen the past two years - no amnesty for anyone until our borders are secured and the millions let in under Biden are deported.
