The star pattern, sheer top and pleated skirt make the dress you linked to look fun and modern, even if it is not necessarily something I would buy for myself. Ivanka’s dress is a mess. Not even a comparison.

It’s also on Song of Style, and since she’s got a very small build, it looks pretty good. The hair, pumps and hideous fit distort the belt and neckline. Classic Ivanka.

I like it a lot. Looks like vintage Escada, very upscale, just not on her. I can see it on Sienna Miller or Chloe Sevigny and it would look awesome.
