Huh? No one wanted to spy on Trump. Obama wanted to ensure a smooth transition of power and did what he could for that. Surely you remember, it was only a couple months ago.

But several people on Trump's team ended up on the IC's radar. That's not Obama's fault.

I have asked REPEATEDLY on this very thread for you to explain your concern about he unmasking, yet no concern for the conversation with the person who was being monitored with a FISA warrant. Only misdirection and/or deflection. I am guessing you figure that if yoi get annoying enough, we will let the threads die. Kind of like you are hoping the Russian investigation will.

It is her job to review Intel collected on those who being surveilled via a FISA warrant. Trump was talking to those people and got caught up in their communications. Susan Rice read them as part of her JOB. Jesus Christ, pull your head out of your ass.

There have been many good answers, including that it's been repeatedly said that there is no evidence of collusion, and Nunes said that his concern was not about Russia. In addition, you won't accept the simple fact that it was not Rice's job to investigate - the WH does not investigate anything. You just don't like those answers. There is no evidence that Russia and the Trump campaign was working together, no matter how hard Maddow chooses to push this narrative.

The question remains: Why did Obama relax the distribution rules with two weeks left in his Presidency, and why was Rice keeping databases on Trump and team? Americans are supposed to be 'person a' and 'person b' unless there is a specific warrant on them. Rice had names.

And, my understanding was that once she received the names, she was supposed to keep them to herself. That clearly did not happen.
