I'm sure there are, but at the end of the day, state/countries have to protect their interests and capabilities.

Besides - I don't think every government wants to be tracking every fishing boat or seagull or mass of seaweed floating in the water.

I'm sure there are, but at the end of the day, state/countries have to protect their interests and capabilities.

Besides - I don't think every government wants to be tracking every fishing boat or seagull or mass of seaweed floating in the water.

I have traveled quite extensively and on some pretty sketchy airlines but the older I get the more terrified I am of flying.

Me too on both counts (think Ariana- the afghan nat'l airline in the early '90's, etc.) Nowadays the slightest turbulence freaks me out which sucks b/c I have to fly frequently on long haul flights for work.
