Apparently China knew about these satellite images on Sunday but didn't share the information. |
Yep 3 large objects spotted on sunday? But why just released now? And why havent they physicallly confirmedd the wreck site? |
They wanted to make malaysia appear incompetent! |
If the large objects are indeed the missing plane, then it looks either mechanical or deliberate move by pilot.
If it was a mid-air explosion or something, it's highly unlikely the plane would sustain it's size/shape after falling nearly 7 miles to the sea. If they lost power and had some lacking capacity to fly, then it just fell down in one main piece. |
Please the Chinese government does not care about a few citizens on a plane. What a joke. If the government wanted to bring the plane down, they would and they would send a bill to the relatives. |
They knew for 3 days? W.T.H.?
Did the Malaysian military shoot it's own plane down hence the lack of communication on their part? |
On the one hand, of course urgency of information is important. On the other hand, something's also to be said for holding off on releasing info until you know more - which is very different than our lets-speculate-assume-critique-judge-and-immediately-jump-to-conclusion media and cultural mentality. I kind of appreciate the more patient approach. If the object in the water is indeed the plane, then it's HIGHLY unlikely it was shot down or hit with something significant. It looks fairly intact, which does not lend to those kinds of OMGSPECULATIONZ at all. |
If it is the plane, I hope the passengers were unaware of their fate and sleeping since it was an early morning flight. |
According to online news sources, nothing has been confirmed yet. What I find unnerving is the possibility that the plane is somewhere, getting prepped to do another journey to inflict more damage. And what would that mean for the passengers who were on board? Awful... |
??? |
Pp is trying to sinuate that plane was hijacked and will be used again as a weapon yeah? |
PP has been watching much too much TV. |
I hope they will be able to tell us something more definitive tomorrow. |
And who knows where those large pieces of debris have drifted to 3 days after those satellite photos were taken? |
Satellite images basically sit in a hard drive, and need to be carefully examined - that takes a LOT of time to go through, especially if you don't even know where to look for something. |
